BOW Leadership 2025
A Curated Leadership Experience Designed for
Connection, Strategy, and Impact
In July 2025, The BOW Collective convened more than 20 established Black women entrepreneurs and leaders across industries for an intimate, three-day leadership gathering in Destin, Florida. The objective was clear: create space for honest dialogue, strategic collaboration, and meaningful progress toward awareness, opportunity, and access to capital for Black women–owned enterprises.
Unlike large conferences, this leadership experience was intentionally small and highly curated. Every element — from the agenda to the physical environment — was designed to foster trust, participation, and depth of conversation.
The Acuity Approach:
Acuity Events collaborated with BOW to design a program that balanced structure with flexibility. Through working sessions, facilitated discussions, and small-group dialogues, we created spaces that encouraged engagement, participation, and connection.
To elevate the experience, Acuity curated a health-conscious, high-touch food and beverage program aligned with the leadership audience — including branded touches such as custom cocktails, wellness-forward menus, and immersive dining moments that encouraged connection beyond the meeting room.
The Venue:
The venue was carefully selected to reflect the caliber and purpose of the gathering. Set in a destination designed for both privacy and inspiration, the environment offered an elevated retreat-style setting that encouraged focus, openness, and meaningful connection.
The 3-day conference was hosted at the stunning Henderson Beach Resort in Destin, Florida. Intimate meeting spaces, thoughtfully designed common areas, and a calm, sophisticated atmosphere created the ideal backdrop for strategic dialogue among senior leaders. Paired with wellness-forward hospitality and refined, branded details, the venue supported a leadership experience that felt both intentional and exceptional — allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in conversation, collaboration, and vision-setting.
The Result:
The BOW Leadership 2025 gathering delivered tangible results: leaders collaborated deeply, shared candid insights, and advanced collective goals. Attendees left with strengthened relationships, actionable strategies, and renewed momentum — a testament to the impact of intentional, curated leadership experiences.
