Our valued client returned to us with an exciting challenge—to create a memorable 3rd annual conference for their organization. Following the success of the first two events, their organization had grown significantly, doubling in size and bringing together 300 attendees for this milestone occasion.
Objective:
To create a transformative meeting experience platform for the nation's top small business CEOs, who happened to be Black women, to connect, collaborate, and build meaningful, enduring business alliances. The conference aimed to celebrate their achievements, inspire dreams, elevate ambitions, and foster a thriving sisterhood within the business community.
Result:
The event united over 200 Black women business owners, sparking meaningful connections, new partnerships, and lasting opportunities. Attendees hailed it as an empowering and transformative experience that fostered community, collaboration, and growth. The attendees was blown away and excited for the coming events.
The Venue:
The 3-day conference was hosted at the stunning Henderson Beach Resort in Destin, Florida. With a full resort buyout, attendees enjoyed exclusive access to the luxurious property, creating an intimate and focused environment. The resort’s breathtaking beachfront setting and top-tier amenities provided the perfect backdrop for networking, collaboration, and inspiration.
The Execution:
Acuity Events brought creativity to life by incorporating the group’s signature color—emerald green—throughout the conference theme. Every detail celebrated the group's spirit from thoughtfully designed décor pieces that reflected the organization’s identity to transforming the resort’s lobby into an inviting “living room” for intimate networking. As a bold statement, the hotel pool was dyed green, adding a vibrant and unforgettable touch to the event’s atmosphere.
